The Unitist Inc is very young. As a non-profit we have only been around for a few months. During that time we have accomplished a lot, but we have a long long way to go! There is still much to do, and we believe that we still have a lot to contribute to the conversation. Following are some of our top priorities. Which we will be working to release over the next several weeks and months.
- Interactive Portal For Children
We are actively working on an interactive gamified resource for children, where they can learn to treat each other with respect, kindness, and empathy. As well as where they can learn to use intellectual honesty, and to think scientifically. - Offline Courses For Both Children And Adults
We are working hard to create offline materials that can be used by teachers in live group settings to teach empathy, respect, kindness, intellectual honesty, and scientific thinking. These materials will be available in the form of age appropriate lesson manuals, which can be utilized by instructors. - Materials For Speakers
Our goal is to reach as many people as possible. We don’t care about getting credit. We just want to see this message proclaimed far and wide. One of the greatest ways that we can help, is to support the awesome work of others, who are involved in the same cause that we are. We are working hard on free resources that public speakers can use to promote the messages of empathy, respect, kindness, intellectual honesty, and scientific thinking. - Other Regular Incremental Updates
We will of course still be releasing regular videos and articles that support our mission, here on our website. These minor updates are small, but important.
Our mission is to educate as many people as possible on the importance of uniting. This is a long, slow effort. Which must be brought to as many corners of the public square as we can manage. This includes promoting the creation of clubs, public speaking groups, social media posts, news media coverage, articles in publications, and so forth. It means taking the message of peace and understanding to anyone who is willing to listen.
We need volunteers, as well as donations. There is a lot of work to do, and the work is both time consuming and expensive. Please consider helping us as we do our very best to continue moving forward.
